A: All gowns are shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance. A signature will be required upon delivery. Wedding gowns are steamed prior to being shipped. Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship all over the world. Contact us for shipping prices and information.
Q: Where are you located?
A: While we are based in Florida, we closed our retail location in 2014 to sell custom dresses online only. After being in business for 6 years it had become obvious that our customers were predominately interested in placing custom orders instead of buying off the rack. This meant it was unnecessary to have a physical location and to pay for overhead costs to house and store merchandise, pay employees, etc. when we could run our business online and save our customers even more money by eliminating those costs.

A: We process all our orders via PayPal (any credit or debit card).
Q: Do I have to pay for the entire order up front or do you accept partial payments?
A: Because we are making a custom gown just for you, the entire dress must be paid for up front.
